Capturing the carefree spirit of hitting the road with your best friend and leaving life’s worries behind... Pancakes the first release from Sunday Lemonade since signing to Ambition Entertainment showcases the dedication which has built the duo a loyal grassroots following.
Currently based on the Far South Coast of NSW (Sapphire Coast) and originally from Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, the duo — Tys & Loz have a unique ability to blending Indie Folk with Alt-Country and pop flavours.
Pancakes quickly becoming a crowd favourite during the duo’s festival performances.
“Pancakes has always been a live show highlight for us,” say Sunday Lemonade. “Playing it on the main stage at Tamworth Country Music Festival this year was a huge moment. Capturing that energy in the studio was incredibly satisfying.”
Sunday Lemonade have steadily built a reputation as one of Australia’s most engaging emerging live acts.
They were voted People’s Choice at the Tamworth Country Music Festivalin 2024 and placed second in 2026, cementing their growing presence within the country and folk scenes.
Since winning the Emerging Artist Award at Nannup Music Festival, the duo have shared stages with artists including The Rubens; Thirsty Merc, The Black Sorrows, Kim Churchill, Steph Strings, Pierce Brothers and Sons of the East.
Festival appearances have included Wanderer Festival, Music in the Park with Tones and I, and Blues at Bridgetown; showcasing
their vibrant mix of country, folk, rock and roots influences.
Sunday Lemonade will be touring to celebrate the upcoming release including headline shows across NSW & Queensland. The duo’s growing audience was recently demonstrated in Tamworth, where they sold over 400 tickets across two headline shows in the same week without announcing a support act.
